Kinda interesting... I've been using Rdio since last Summer... decent service but let down by occasional poor audio fidelity/quality (they refuse to explain the bitrates/techy details - dumb!) and an unwillingness to engage in any kind of conversation with customers (er.. or least me!).

You'd think these sorts of stats would show them that customer satisfaction and loyalty would be an area for Rdio to concentrate on and specialise in.. possibly even a differentiator... apparently not :(
