There are 181,000 social media 'gurus,' 'ninjas,' 'masters,' and 'mavens' on Twitter.

B.L. Ochman points out in Ad Age that there are 181,000 people on Twitter who label themselves experts on social media. 

That's up from 16,000 in 2009. 

Bonus data: There are only 174 people who call themselves "social media whores" on Twitter.
