I mentioned this in a comment on your Charles Arthur post. hoping it may get your attention.
This is not some kind of grudge/sour grapes... rather I made an effort to expose some really bad reporting by Arthur AND his subsequent poor response to reader feedback.
Everything I've learned from the likes of you, Dan Gilmore, Jeff Jarvis, Jay Rosen and Matthew Ingram on "the new journalism" seemed to be totally misunderstood/wasted on Charles Arthur :(
