How do people put up with this Windows server stuff?   #T

I am setting up a Windows Server Environment (for work) and I just had to use the Powershell (lol "power") to run a command and it terminated with that message.
Installing s/w on Windows just hurts.

Why can't I do "apt-get install" :(
