Rick Stein: the only watchable TV chef? #FT

Whenever I come across a Rick Stein cooking programme on tv I find myself watching.
I don't enjoy most tv chefs & I can't stand those competition ones.
Rick's easy manner, mix of travelogue & his way with the local people seems to draw me in.
Oh, and there's the food. Yumsk.
